Important: Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital subscriptions, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The service is completely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • You have not used the service for more than 24 hours total
  • The issue is confirmed to be on our end (server-side) and not due to your device or internet connection

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the service
  • Issues caused by incompatible devices or third-party apps
  • Slow internet connection or ISP-related buffering problems
  • Failure to follow setup instructions provided by our support team
  • Account sharing beyond your plan's device limit
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Subscription renewals (you are responsible for canceling before renewal)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order details (email used for purchase, plan type, date)
  3. Describe the issue in detail and include any error messages or screenshots
  4. Allow our team up to 48 hours to investigate and attempt resolution
  5. If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds issued in USD equivalent at current exchange rate

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered:

  • Service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours: prorated refund for downtime
  • Significant channel lineup changes affecting 30%+ of subscribed content

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our service. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Free Trial Policy

We do not offer free trials. All subscriptions require payment. This policy ensures server stability and quality for all paying customers.
